Sizwe Mngomezulu
Managing Director
Sizwe is a Mining Engineer with operational, management consulting and sales and logistics experience. Prior to NPL, Sizwe was a Senior Associate heading Export Sales and Logistics at Thakadu, an Associate Consultant at Ernst & Young and Mining Engineering Learner Official at Anglo American Platinum. Sizwe is also a co-founder of Hexriver Resources, a metals and energy business focused on junior mining projects and the beneficiation of new energy metals.

Billy Mawasha
Chairman
Billy is the CEO of Kolobe Nala Investment Company and Non-Executive Director of JSE listed Metair and Murray and Roberts. Prior to that, Billy was Country Head - South Africa for Rio Tinto and Managing Director of Richard Bay Minerals. He previously held leadership, operational and technical roles at Kumba Iron Ore, the De Beers Group and AngloGold
Ashanti.
